Utsavaa is a certified meditation facilitator of BodyMind from OSHO IMR in Pune, and Vibrational Sound Therapy Healer certified from KHDA Dubai. She has been facilitating Body Mind Workshops for Corporate groups and Individual Sessions Online and Offline.
She has been trained by his sound healer master Prem Amit in Dubai for Level 1 & 2. The Sound bowls used for this meditations are specially hand made and hand picked by his master to be made of seven metals. The sound and vibrations created through these heal the body, mind and the specific chakras. She has been doing Yoga and Meditation since early childhood and was always intrigued for Self Growth. She taken courses for Self-Hypnosis from Osho International, Pune and Shambhavi Mahamudra at Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore.
